Before checkout

Delivery availability and charges are determined for the address entered in checkout. Confirm the complete address, including any unit number, and the final charges before completing payment. Contact us quickly about an error; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment is underway.

Two stages of delivery

Following a successful payment authorization, normal handling takes approximately 1–2 business days. The parcel then has an estimated 4–6 business days of travel after dispatch. Weekends and relevant holidays do not count as business days, and the estimates do not promise delivery on a particular date.

Tracking and delays

A tracking record may not update immediately when a parcel is handed over. Carrier schedules, severe weather and address difficulties can affect timing. Use your tracking reference to follow progress, keeping the order confirmation for any inquiry.

Missing or damaged parcels

Send delivery concerns to xuannguyen201145@gmail.com, quoting the order number, checkout email and tracking number. If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel, or if a shipment is lost, late or damaged, describe what happened. Keep damaged packaging and supply photos so the issue can be investigated and addressed in accordance with your applicable rights.
